We understand that finding the perfect fit is a journey, and if a piece doesn’t resonate with you, we are here to ensure the transition is effortless. Our return and exchange process is designed with the modern nomad in mind—simple, transparent, and fair.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window. From the day your VAVIROA package arrives at your door, you have 30 days to decide if it’s the right fit for your journey. Whether the silhouette isn’t quite right or you’ve simply had a change of heart, we welcome your return as long as it meets our eligibility criteria.
Return Eligibility
To ensure we can continue offering high-quality, artisanal pieces to our community, returned items must meet the following conditions:
Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of scents, makeup, or alterations.
Tags Attached: All original VAVIROA brand tags and care labels must remain attached.
Packaging: Whenever possible, please return items in their original eco-conscious packaging.
Timeline: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please note: Items that show visible signs of wear, damage, or have been laundered will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
We’ve streamlined our process to get you back to your adventures as quickly as possible:
Contact Our Concierge: Email our support team at support@vaviroa.com with your Order Number and the specific item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with the appropriate return address and a Return Authorization.
Ship Your Item: Package your return securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection & Processing: Once your return arrives at our studio, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Note on Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed.
Exchanges
Found a piece you love but need a different size or color? We are happy to help.
The Fast Track: Because our curated collections often sell out quickly, the most efficient way to secure your new favorite is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order immediately.
Direct Exchange: If you prefer a traditional exchange, simply mention this in your email to our support team. We will do our best to set aside your desired item while your return is in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Timeline: Most banks and payment providers process refunds within 3–7 business days.
Non-Refundable: Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our quality control, but if your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your Order Number.
A brief description of the issue.
A clear photograph of the damage or the incorrect item received.
We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Final Sale Items
Occasionally, specific items in our “Last Chance” or seasonal clearance sections may be marked as Final Sale. These pieces represent a significant value and are not eligible for return or exchange. This status will always be clearly noted on the product page.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
We move quickly to get your VAVIROA pieces on their way to you. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, we are unable to modify it, but you are welcome to follow our standard return process once the package arrives.
