We believe in simple, honest pricing with no hidden surprises at checkout.

• Complimentary Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $59 USD.

• Flat Rate Shipping (Orders under $59 USD):

  • United States: $9.99 USD flat rate.

  • Europe: $6.99 USD flat rate.

All shipping costs are calculated automatically and clearly displayed in your shopping bag before you finalize your purchase.

Order Processing

Every VAVIROA piece is handled with care.

• Standard Processing: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

• Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods—such as the holiday season, major bohemian festivals, or seasonal sales—processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package is perfect.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email infused with your tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

While the spirit of a nomad knows no clock, we know you are eager to receive your new favorites. After your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated travel times are:

Tracking Your Journey

Transparency is key to a stress-free experience. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your inbox.

• Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier’s system to update the tracking information after you receive your notification.

• If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 days, reach out to us, and we will look into the stars (and the logistics) for you.

Delays & Special Circumstances

Occasionally, external factors may slow down the journey. These include public holidays, extreme weather, customs clearance, or carrier backlogs during events like Black Friday. We appreciate your grace and understanding should these rare delays occur.

To ensure your VAVIROA pieces arrive safely, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

• VAVIROA is not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• If you spot an error, email us immediately. We will try our best to update it, but once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to change its course.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our international community, please be aware that customs policies vary by country.

• In most instances, our customers do not encounter additional fees.

• However, any local import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs authority are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have concerns regarding potential charges.
